It turns out we had another weekend in Moe's. Not too much difference from other trips, same old same and I love it: 4 days in the dessert sun with a buttload of bouldering.
We did go in to town one night, driving around, went to a cinema etc. While driving around we past the Mormon Tempel in St. George, my first reaction was "Ohboy, look at this fucking shit", my second thought was that we should go in to the "Visitor center" and listen to what they had to say. It's weird, I had almost the exact same feeling when I entered this "Visitor Center" as I had when I entered a bordello in Spain to buy a Coke. As soon we came in the entrance a "nice" looking guy in suit immediately starting to ask question about where we were from and what he could "help us with". After a couple of minutes we where on a "tour" with a missionary through a place filled with Jesus statues, paintings of Mormon leaders, a table with "The Book of Mormon" in 70 languages and diorama of a modern Mormon family etc. No mather what how fucked up I think this whole religious thing is, at the same time I think its really interesting who SO many people blindly just accept and believe in it - how you can just skip all the logic behind it and happily "give" your life to it, with everything from money(10 % of your income), time, and lifestyle.
