Im trying new tactics for this blogpost, A; posting WAY more photos so I wont have to write so much. B; trying to write in English because this damn keyboard doesn't have our nice Swedish letters.
So, I was down in Bishop for 5 days. Probably one of the most beautiful places I ever been to. Its a lot of areas to climb in but we spent our 3 climbing days in Buttermilks where you probably could spend 3 years without getting bored. Buttermilks have some of the biggest, tallest boulders in the world and it's so cool just being around them.
A cause of that is that most of the problems are really high and kinda scary, you can get around that by either not climb those problems or bring a fuck load of pads. Another thing to know about Buttermilks is that even though the boulders are those big, round egg shaped things, its kinda sharp - at least until your skin get used to it. For those fuckers that think Kjugekull is sharp, after a visit here, you will look at Kjugekull as nothing else then a innocent baby butt without hair.
Down town Bishop
Kevin is finishing one of the boulders on the "Grandma Peabody" boulder
Maybe one of the most famous problem in Bishop, The Checkerboard.
The "Tut" boulder again, me, dragging my Swedish butt up on "Howard Carter sit start" - a V6 thing thats definitely ended up being one of my favorites.
OH BOY, such a cool problem, and also something i definitely will come back to in a month or so. This is Stained Glass V10, by far the most beautiful looking problem I tried this time.
